Terms & Policies
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Welcome to Egyptify Travel Boutique ("Egyptify", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Policies apply to everything we market and refer through our website.
1. About Egyptify
Egyptify Travel Boutique is a digital marketing and media platform. We do not sell, arrange, or book travel packages directly. All travel services advertised on this site are fulfilled and processed exclusively by our licensed third-party travel partners.
Our platform showcases and features curated travel itineraries, inspiration, and information supplied by independent third-party operators, including airlines, hotels, Nile cruise operators, ground transportation companies, licensed local guides, and activity providers. Each external supplier's own terms and conditions apply entirely to the bookings and services they provide.
2. Bookings & Deposits
Bookings and fulfillment are processed by our partner.
A booking is confirmed only once the partner receives the payment and sends you an email confirmation.
Some services (for example, international and domestic flights, hot-air balloon rides, Abu Simbel flights, peak-season hotels, and special events) may require full payment at the time of booking.
Please review your confirmation carefully. Names must match your passport exactly. Errors reported after ticketing may incur supplier fees.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are per person unless noted different, and are paid directly to the our travel partners.
Quoted prices are based on supplier rates, taxes, and exchange rates at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed until paid in full.
Once you have paid in full, the price will not be increased.
Prices do not include tips and gratuities, personal expenses, optional activities, and meals.
4. Cancellations by the Client
All cancellations must be sent to us in writing at info@egyptify.ca. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
All cancellations and booking modifications must be handled directly with the licensed fulfillment operator in accordance with their cancellation schedule.
5. Changes by the Client
We are happy to help you adjust your trip. Change requests must be made in writing via email direct to our partners, and are subject to their availability.
Name changes and transfers to another traveller are subject to supplier rules; airline tickets are generally non-transferable.
6. Changes or Cancellations by Egyptify Partners
Travel in Egypt and the region can be affected by events outside our control. Egyptify partners reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, guides, or the order of visits. Where possible, we will replace any service with one of equal or higher standard.
If a significant change to your trip is required before departure (for example, a change of destination or a major change to dates), our partners will notify you as soon as possible and you may choose to accept the change, take an alternative trip of comparable value, or cancel and receive a full refund of the amounts paid to us.
If your trip is cancelled by our partners for reasons other than force majeure or your own actions, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us as per their refund policy.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform, delay, or additional cost caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics or public health measures, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government action, strikes, airline schedule changes, or closures of sites and attractions. In such cases, we will work with you and our suppliers to recover what can be recovered, offer travel credits or alternatives where available, and refund any amounts we are able to recover from suppliers, less any non-recoverable costs.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment made to our travel partners within [30] days of the cancellation approval date, unless supplier processing requires more time.
Refund policy varies by services provided and are confirmed by our travel partners at the time of booking.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, including trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical and evacuation, and baggage coverage. If you decline insurance, you accept responsibility for any losses that insurance would otherwise have covered, and we may ask you to confirm this in writing.
11. Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond your return date, with blank pages), the required visas, and any other entry documents for every country on your itinerary, including transit countries.
Visa and entry requirements change frequently. Please check official government sources before you travel.
You are responsible for meeting any health requirements, and we recommend consulting a travel health clinic at least six weeks before departure.
We recommend reviewing the Government of Canada travel advice for your destination at travel.gc.ca and registering with the Registration of Canadians Abroad service.
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry, or for costs resulting from missing or invalid travel documents.
12. Your Responsibilities
Some activities marketed on this website (desert excursions, hot-air balloon rides, diving, temple climbs, long walks in heat) require a reasonable level of fitness. You take part at your own discretion.
Please respect local laws, customs, dress codes at religious sites, and the instructions of your guides. We may end the trip of any traveller whose behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts others, without refund.
You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables at all times.
13. Our Role & Limitation of Liability

In the event of a formal dispute or post-trip complaint, correspondence must be sent in writing directly to the licensed booking operator who managed your reservation, in accordance with their specific terms of service. Egyptify Travel Boutique does not manage booking disputes, issue refunds, or possess the authority to alter travel arrangements managed by independent third-party suppliers. All complaints can be submitted to info@egyptify.ca - we’ll do our best to assist where permmissble.
